Try any Novra Code plugin risk-free. If it is not the right fit, request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. The guarantee applies to all license plans and website add-ons purchased directly from Novra Code, including Novra Cache.
How to request a refund
Email [SUPPORT EMAIL] within 30 days of purchase. Include your order or invoice number and the email address used at checkout so we can locate the purchase. You do not need to share your password, payment card details or license key. Feedback is welcome, but is not a condition of the guarantee.
Refund amount and payment method
A full refund returns the amount paid for the refunded purchase. Refunds are issued to the original payment method where available; if that is not possible, we will agree an alternative with you. The time until funds appear depends on the payment provider and your bank.
What happens to the license
A refunded license or add-on entitlement is withdrawn. Updates, downloads and services requiring that entitlement, including Remove Unused CSS, will no longer be available under the refunded purchase. Refunding an add-on removes its additional website allowance. Your existing cached pages are not remotely deleted by this policy.
