The terms that apply when you buy and use Novra Code plugins, bundles, licenses and services.
These Terms of Service apply to Novra Code, operated by Alpha Infinite Marketing - FZCO, a Freezone Company with limited liability (FZCO), trading as Novra Code.

These terms apply to every order placed on www.novracode.com and to the use of Novra Code plugins and bundles, their licenses, downloads and connected services, including the Remove Unused CSS processing service of Novra Cache. By completing a purchase, you accept these terms. Our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy also apply.
Business customers only. Novra Code sells only to businesses and self-employed professionals acting in the course of their trade, business or profession. By placing an order you confirm that you are not buying as a consumer and that you purchase for business purposes. If you buy on behalf of a company, you also confirm that you are authorized to accept these terms on its behalf. No VAT. Because we sell exclusively to business customers, we do not charge VAT. See Prices, payment and taxes below.
Novra Code sells downloadable WordPress plugins: Novra Cache, Novra Object Cache and Novra Tracking, plus two bundles, the Performance Bundle (Novra Cache and Novra Object Cache) and the Growth Bundle (Novra Cache, Novra Object Cache and Novra Tracking). Each plan includes a license for the number of websites named in the plan: Personal (1 site), Business (5 sites), Agency (25 sites) or Enterprise (unlimited sites). Bundles include a license for each plugin in the bundle. Every license is a lifetime license bought with a one-time payment: there is no subscription and nothing to renew.
A license entitles you to activate the licensed plugin on websites you own or manage, up to the activation limit of your plan. To move a license, deactivate it on the previous website before activating it on the new one. You may not share, resell, sublicense or publish license keys, use a license beyond its activation limit, or try to bypass or tamper with license validation.
Your purchases, downloads, license keys and orders are available in your Novra Code account. Provide accurate contact and billing information and keep your login details and license keys confidential. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Never send passwords or a full license key in a support request.
We do not charge VAT (value-added tax) because we sell exclusively to business customers (B2B). All prices are net prices. You are responsible for any VAT, reverse-charge, import or local taxes that apply to your purchase in your country, including GST, sales or use tax, withholding tax, duties and any self-assessment obligations. Prices are shown in US dollars and are one-time payments. The price shown at checkout when you place your order applies. We do not charge or separately state VAT, sales tax or similar taxes, and our invoices and receipts do not show them. Payments are processed by the payment providers offered at checkout, such as Stripe and PayPal. Your receipt and order details are available in your account.
All products are delivered digitally; nothing is shipped. Once your payment is confirmed, the plugin download and your license key are made available in your account.
Every Novra Code plugin and bundle comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. It applies to all license plans of Novra Cache, Novra Object Cache and Novra Tracking and to both bundles purchased directly from Novra Code. The guarantee is a voluntary contractual offer to business customers; it is not a statutory right of withdrawal. How to request a refund, the refund amount and what happens to a refunded license are set out in our Refund Policy. A refunded license is withdrawn, together with the updates, downloads and services that depend on it.
Licensed plugins receive updates through the normal WordPress update screen for the life of the license. Updates and connected services such as Remove Unused CSS require a valid, active license. Support is available at info@novracode.com; we reply as soon as we can. We may improve or change features of our plugins and connected services over time.
Use our plugins, website and services only in line with applicable law. Do not use them to attack, overload or probe our infrastructure, to access data of other customers, or to submit content you are not entitled to use. We may restrict access to connected services or suspend a license that is used in breach of these terms.
Novra Code, our plugin names, logos, website content and documentation belong to Alpha Infinite Marketing - FZCO or its licensors. A purchase grants the license rights described in these terms; it does not transfer ownership of the software or of our brand. Third-party components included in our plugins remain subject to their own licenses.
We describe features, requirements and limits of our plugins in the documentation. Results depend on your hosting, theme, other plugins and configuration, so we do not promise specific performance scores. Test changes on a staging site first and keep current backups of your website and database. Connected services may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance or for reasons beyond our control. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as lost profits, lost data or business interruption. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
You may stop using our products at any time by deactivating and removing them, and you can ask us to delete your account as described in our Privacy Policy. If a license is used in breach of these terms, for example by sharing license keys or bypassing activation limits, we may suspend or end it. Once a license ends, the updates, downloads and connected services that require it are no longer available.
These terms do not affect mandatory rights that apply to you under applicable law and that cannot be excluded by contract. Because Novra Code sells only to business customers, statutory protections for consumers do not apply to your purchase. If a provision of these terms is invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions stay in effect.
We may update these terms when our products, services or legal requirements change. The version published when you place an order applies to that order. Last updated: October 2, 2026.
