What you pay over five years

Pixel Manager Pro has no one-time option. It is sold as a yearly or monthly subscription, so the price repeats. Novra Tracking is paid once. Here is the math at listed prices.

Listed prices as of October 2026
WebsitesNovra Tracking (paid once)Pixel Manager Pro, 1 year3 years5 yearsDifference after 5 years
1Personal: $79$149$417.20$685.40$606.40 less with Novra Tracking
5Business: $149$299$837.20$1,375.40$1,226.40 less with Novra Tracking
25Agency: $249$599$1,677.20$2,755.40$2,506.40 less with Novra Tracking

Difference after 1 and 3 years: 1 site: $70 / $338.20 · 5 sites: $150 / $688.20 · 25 sites: $350 / $1,428.20.

How we calculated it: Pixel Manager Pro's listed yearly price for the smallest plan that fits (1, 5 or 25 websites) for the first year, then the renewal price its checkout shows for each further year ($134.10, $269.10 or $539.10, 10% off the listed price), against Novra Tracking's one-time price. If you pay Pixel Manager monthly ($19, $45 or $89), a year costs $228, $540 or $1,068, and five years $1,140, $2,700 or $5,340. For 10 sites, Pixel Manager's Agency plan costs $399 for the first year and renews at $359.10, or $1,835.40 over five years, against $249 once for Novra Tracking's 25-site plan. Taxes, coupons and future price changes are not included. Check both checkouts for the current terms.

Pixel Manager also has a free version with browser tags for ten platforms, so if that is all you need, it costs nothing. The numbers above apply to its Pro features, such as server connections and Enhanced Conversions. Pixel Manager offers more tools than Novra Tracking (see below), so this table compares prices, not equal value. Pixel Manager's largest listed plan covers 25 websites.

Which one is right for you?

Choose Pixel Manager if …

The free version covers what you need. It includes browser tags for ten platforms.

You want Mixpanel, Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Contentsquare, VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Triple Whale or Hyros alongside your ad tags.

You want its automatic conversion recovery, which sends a missed purchase when the customer comes back to the shop within 90 days.

You want a Google Tag Gateway that is built into the plugin.

Your cookie banner is on its longer list, for example CookieFirst or Cookie Script.

You want a 14-day free trial first, and a plugin with a track record since 2013.

Not sure? Install Novra Tracking on your own site and judge it there, with your own ad data. If it's not the right fit, request a full refund within 30 days.

Where Pixel Manager is stronger

A fair comparison names both sides. These are the areas where Pixel Manager does more today.

A free version.

Pixel Manager's free version on WordPress.org has browser tags for Google Ads, Google Analytics 4, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, ChatGPT Ads and Hotjar. Novra Tracking has no free version.

A longer track record.

Pixel Manager has been on WordPress.org since 2013, with more than 40,000 active installations and a rating of 4.9 out of 5 from 399 reviews there (checked 7 October 2026). Novra Tracking is at version 1.0.0 and has no independent reviews or benchmarks yet. Check each server connection with the test purchase on your own accounts.

More tools.

Pixel Manager also connects Mixpanel (with server events), Hotjar, Crazy Egg, Contentsquare, VWO, Optimizely, AB Tasty, Triple Whale and Hyros. Novra Tracking does not.

More cookie banners.

Pixel Manager's free version reads 16 cookie banners and the WP Consent API, among them CookieFirst, Cookie Script and OneTrust. Novra Tracking works with ten banners and the WP Consent API.

Automatic Conversion Recovery.

Pixel Manager Pro spots orders its tags missed and sends them when the customer comes back to the shop in the same browser within 90 days, with a nightly report. Novra Tracking recovers a missed Google Ads purchase on the visitor's next page view and can send a Google Analytics 4 purchase from the server.

Google Tag Gateway built in.

Pixel Manager's free version includes the Google Tag Gateway for first-party tracking. With Novra Tracking you set the path, and the proxy comes from outside, for example from Cloudflare or Google.

Onboarding and extras.

Pixel Manager has a getting-started checklist, prioritized "Opportunities", a customer lifetime value on orders and an Abilities API for AI agents. Novra Tracking's dashboard shows a tracking score with recommendations.

A free trial.

Pixel Manager offers a 14-day free trial, then a 30-day money-back guarantee. Novra Tracking has the 30-day guarantee only.

Support.

Pixel Manager's pricing page promises an answer within one business day. Novra Tracking is supported through our contact form.

Runs on older PHP.

Pixel Manager runs on PHP 7.3 and up and WordPress 6.2 and up. Novra Tracking needs PHP 8.0 and WordPress 6.4.

If none of these is a must-have for your sites, Novra Tracking covers the rest – with more shop systems, and you pay for it once.

Good questions.
Clear answers.

No. Every Novra Tracking plan is a one-time payment with updates for the life of the license. There is no renewal date and nothing to cancel. Pixel Manager Pro is sold as a subscription that renews automatically until you cancel, from $149 a year for one site or $19 a month.

According to Pixel Manager's documentation, when a license has expired or has not been activated, all premium features get disabled. The free version's browser tags need no license and keep running. With Novra Tracking, your license only brings updates. If it ends, your tracking keeps running exactly as you set it up.

Not for Novra Tracking. It works with WooCommerce 8.0+, FluentCart 1.6+ or SureCart 4.9+, and also on sites without a shop, where it tracks page views, searches, sign-ups and logins. Pixel Manager's free version also runs without a shop, but WooCommerce is its only shop connection. Its code names FluentCart and SureCart only as planned, and its documentation describes WooCommerce only.

Mostly. Both offer browser tags for Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Pinterest, Snapchat, Reddit, ChatGPT Ads, LinkedIn, X, Spotify, Nextdoor, Klaviyo, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll and GroundTruth. Pixel Manager's free version covers the first nine, the rest need Pro. Novra Tracking can also send purchases from your server to LinkedIn, X, Taboola and Outbrain, which Pixel Manager's code treats as browser-only. Pixel Manager adds Mixpanel, Hotjar and several testing tools.

No. Both would report every purchase to the same platforms, and nothing pairs the two reports, so sales could be counted twice. Switch Pixel Manager's tracking off before you enable Novra Tracking.

Note your IDs from Pixel Manager's settings: the Google Ads conversion ID and label, your Google Analytics measurement ID, your pixel IDs, any server access tokens and your consent settings. Rehearse on a test site, with test properties that are not connected to your live campaigns. Deactivate Pixel Manager's tracking, then install Novra Tracking, enter the IDs (most fields also accept the whole snippet) and choose a consent mode. Run a test purchase to check the connections. Keep your Pixel Manager license until you've checked your numbers. Our step-by-step switch guide covers the rehearsal and rollback in more detail, and the Novra Tracking documentation explains each setting.

  1. Switch Novra Tracking's platforms off, or deactivate the plugin.
  2. Re-enable Pixel Manager. Its Pro features need an active license.
  3. Check a test purchase and your key reports.

And if Novra Tracking isn't the right fit, request a full refund within 30 days.

We don't promise that. Both can report purchases from the browser and from your server (Pixel Manager from your server only in Pro), and neither route guarantees that a platform credits a sale to an ad. We haven't run accuracy tests or benchmarks. The difference is which shop systems and platforms you can use, and how you pay. The best test is your own data: install Novra Tracking, run a test purchase and compare your numbers.

PAY ONCE. KEEP IT.

Conversion tracking for your shop – paid for once.

20 platforms, WooCommerce, FluentCart and SureCart, and a license that only brings updates. No yearly renewal, and your tracking never depends on your license.
