TOPIC 01 · 4 QUESTIONS

Before you buy

No. Every plan is a one-time payment for a lifetime license. There is no recurring fee and nothing to cancel. Updates arrive through the normal WordPress update screen for the life of the license. The plans differ only in the number of websites: Personal $79 for 1 website (regular price $158), Business $149 for 5 ($298), Agency $249 for 25 ($498) and Enterprise $399 for an unlimited number ($798).

You can get your money back. Request a full refund within 30 days of purchase, with no conditions beyond the Refund Policy. Install it on your own site first and judge it there, with your own theme, shop and cookie banner.

No, for the basics. You install a plugin, switch on a platform and paste its ID. The plugin finds your shop and your cookie banner on its own, and the tracking score on the dashboard tells you what is still missing. Some steps are more technical than others: server tracking needs an access token from the platform, and creating the ad accounts and campaigns is your job. If you get stuck, the system report makes support fast.

No. Without a shop, it tracks page views, searches, sign-ups and logins, and optionally phone and email clicks and scroll depth. With WooCommerce, FluentCart or SureCart it adds the whole shopping journey from product view to purchase and refund, and unlocks the server-side features. Other shop plugins are not supported.

TOPIC 02 · 4 QUESTIONS

Setup & compatibility

Yes, 20 of them: Google Analytics 4, Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Microsoft Ads, Microsoft Clarity, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Reddit, Snapchat, X, ChatGPT Ads, Spotify Ads, Nextdoor, Klaviyo, Taboola, Outbrain, Criteo, AdRoll and GroundTruth. Each one is optional and works on its own, so you can use one, a few or all. Every platform needs your own account there.

Yes, if it is one of the common ones. It reads the visitor's choice from Complianz, Cookiebot, CookieYes, Borlabs Cookie, OneTrust, Usercentrics, iubenda, Termly and every banner that implements the WP Consent API, among others. In the default Basic mode, nothing is loaded and nothing is sent before a visitor agrees. It does not replace your banner, and it cannot tell you whether your setup meets your country's privacy law. That is a question for your legal advisor.

Yes, slightly, as any tracking does, because each platform you switch on loads its own script. Platforms that are off load nothing. Your own admin visits and bots are skipped, and no page view causes a request from your server. An optional setting starts the scripts only after the first scroll or tap. We do not promise a speed score. Switch on only the platforms you use.

Yes. Cart, checkout and thank-you pages are kept out of page caches, and the tracking scripts are exempt from the JavaScript delay in Novra Cache, WP Rocket, LiteSpeed Cache, FlyingPress, SiteGround Optimizer, Perfmatters, Autoptimize and WP-Optimize. Saving settings also empties the page caches of those plugins and a few more. If you use a CDN such as Cloudflare, purge it after a change.

TOPIC 03 · 3 QUESTIONS

Numbers & accuracy

Yes, they can differ, and some gap is normal even with perfect setup. The ad platform only counts sales it connects to its own ads, using its own attribution window, while your shop counts every order. Visitors who say no to cookies, ad blockers and payment methods that never return to your thank-you page remove more. Novra Tracking closes the technical gaps: paid orders are also sent from your server, and the dashboard shows the accuracy per payment method.

No, and no tracking tool can promise that. Nothing is sent without consent in Basic mode, server copies exist only for orders paid within 47 hours (Pinterest: under 55 minutes), and four platforms (Clarity, Criteo, AdRoll, GroundTruth) are browser only. The X server connection has only been tested against a simulated server so far. What you get is far fewer lost sales and each sale counted once, because the browser and server copy share one event ID.

Yes. Switch on debug mode under Settings → Advanced, then run the test purchase under Settings → Tools. It sends a 1.00 test purchase to Google's validation endpoint, which checks your IDs and secret but records nothing. Meta and TikTok get it only as a test event while a test event code is set. Remember to switch debug mode off afterwards.

TOPIC 04 · 3 QUESTIONS

License & support

No. The license only brings updates. Without an active license, tracking runs completely as you set it up. No update check goes to the store, and no notice appears outside the License page.

Yes. Click Deactivate license under Novra Tracking → License on the old website, then activate the same key on the new one. Your plan decides how many websites can be active at the same time: 1, 5, 25 or unlimited. Settings can move between sites as a file with export and import. Tokens are not exported, so you enter those again.

Send the plugin version, your WordPress version, the affected page, the steps to reproduce it and the system report from Settings → Tools. The system report contains no tokens, API secrets or keys, so it is safe to share. Never send a full license key.
